Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a client?

Please fill out my contact form to inquire about becoming a new client. My ability to accept new clients varies, but please reach out and I will let you know if I have space (or give an ETA on when I might). If I don’t, I will try to point you in the direction of someone who does. You can also visit my resources page for other support resources.

Do you only see women? What if I don’t have kids?

I run an inclusive and affirming practice, and welcome people across all gender and sexuality spectrums.

You also don’t need to have or even want kids to reach out. I enjoy working with people in all phases of life.

Can I bring my (fussy, crying) baby?

Of course. My office space is equipped with diapers, wipes, extra pacifiers, toys and blankets. No giant diaper bag needed. What’s important is you’re getting the help you need, even if we have to work together to keep baby entertained the whole time.

Do you take my insurance?

At this time I am partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and Optum/UMR/United Healthcare.

I accept self-pay clients as well and will work with you to get reimbursed by your insurance if eligible, including taking care of the paperwork/filing.

Can I see you virtually?

Yes. I use a telehealth platform and can serve clients anywhere in the states of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. However, my preference is for and priority is given to in person work.

What if I have more questions?

I am happy to provide free 15 minute consultations, so you can ask away and we can make sure it is a good fit. To schedule a free consultation call, please use my contact form to reach out.
