Full-Time Licensed Clinician (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT)

We are expanding and seeking to hire a full-time clinician who shares in our mission to provide excellent clinical care to women in an authentic, supportive, human environment.

Our practice values a healthy and sustainable work/life balance and provides benefits (401k with match, yearly CEU/training reimbursement, paid administrative/supervision time, bonus opportunities, generous time off - 6 weeks/year, paid malpractice insurance) beginning at 25 clinical hours per week.

This is a W2 position, fee for service, productivity based position with the full support of an administrative, marketing, billing and supervision team with opportunities for growth within the practice.

We are a small team who can provide a friendly, laid back atmosphere where your voice is a priority and you can show up knowing you are a valued and integral part of what we do.

Position Requirements:

• Fully licensed in the state of New Hampshire;

• Strong therapeutic, assessment and diagnostic skills;

• Comfortable with autonomy, managing one’s schedule, the use of modern technology and timely electronic documentation;

• Willingness and comfortability working with exclusively adult women and within common women’s issues such as perinatal/postpartum anxiety/depression, relationship concerns, body image issues, narcissistic abuse, parenting challenges, substance use concerns, hormonal changes, etc. You are not expected to be an expert at everything, but open to developing a particular area of interest in this realm, if you do not have one already.
